Worst customer service ever!!!

I have never been treated so awfully as a tenant! Agent made sure I don't view my unit until the day of moving in. Only to find a huge pest problem. It was so bad, I had to urgently call fumigation services at such short notice just to make the place half decent. By that time the agent had already fled. Not even answering his phone. And after spending time and money trying to get the place free of roaches, I put in a claim in the form of half my very next rent, they start giving me the runaround with no remorse whatsoever. Indluplace is the worst I have ever come across. I am now moving out because I cannot take this kind of treat. We pay our hard-earned money and we deserve value for our money. Not being treated like animals!!!
