Worst agent l have ever come across

Been communicating with an agent named Rumbi. She is a nightmare. Just for her to communicate seems to be an issue from getting the correct email address to being rude. Just for me to get a link to sort out what l am trying to sort out. For her to simply send a link with an email she cannot do it and then when you inform her that she has been sending to the wrong email she drops calls. For 4 days trying to get a link. This is insane. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my dealings with any professional.
