Very disrespectfull Credit controller

My wife lost income unexpectedly last month due to job loss so we only have single income and i asked last month if i can pay later during the month and they agrreed yet electricity was cut off, then i payed the i ask again this Month if i can pay 2 weeks later as we still trying to make a living around single income and busy cutting off some of the costs then they told me straight they wont accept another payment arrangement they will cut off electricity if i don't pay over the weekend and i was told to vacate the unit because i can't afford to leave in it, i meant its been only 2 months that i have made payment arrangements and i assured them that this should be the last month but still they refuse, they have no sympathy at all and the credit controller is very rude
