Unprofessional Services through all departments

I recieved the same bad service from a rude credit controller. I intended to serve notice and just live the stupids but I came home only to get my electricity cut off. I mean there is no decency of alerting a tenant of such measures, or of taking employees to proper training for customer service which plays a huge role in retaining customers. In addition, I spoke to the team leader who just said we will talk to the credit controller but you could hear she does not even have an idea of what she must say. Imagine losing a Job because of the obvious state of the country to be dealing with this in just weeks after. I urge no one to consider staying in these properties as they are ran worst than tuck shops. I get a way better service at a Somalian tuck shop
