unprofessional and rude staff

Very unprofessional service. There staff is very rude, one guy called Patrick from credit dept shouted and swore at me. When you move out chances are high that you won't get your deposit back as they come up with frivolous excuses to claim your deposit. I moved out of their property more than a month but they are still holding on to my deposit despite spirited efforts from my side for an explanation. they don't fix the property when you move in but when you move out expect to pay for damages which they claim were caused by you even though it won't be you.
