Unpleasant Staying (Golden Oaks Boksburg)

I stay at Golden Oaks complex in Boksburg and it has been the worst experience ever! Firstly the complex looks safe and secure but guess what ? cars are being ****** while we have security and cctv cameras. We have "caretakes" and all they do when you lay a complaint is ignore you or not take accountability. Golden Oaks is the worst place to stay in and I don't advise anyone to stay there!!. They hired new service provides for the electricity without anyone's concern and the electricity bill is insane goes up to R34 000 for electricity for a 2 bedroom flat , and what does Indlu do about it? NOTHING ! .
