******** disconnections of electricity and rude caretaker

I have reached my limit,In my years of residency I have never come across off such extreme measures and treatment of tenants.I am not one to complain but am truly unhappy and phased by the actions of this agency and/or the caretaker Busi .Last night I had guests over and randomly my power supply was cut off.I thought at first it’s was loading shedding but I noticed that the flats passage lights were still on,I immediately knew it was the caretaker as I heard from other tenants complaining about her recently going to the main circuit and switching the main power off if she feels that’s there is noise coming from your flat and she goes up to her room and locks herself in leaving you without power till the morning .She did not even bother notifying me I had to WhatsApp her to confront the issue ,My question is why did she not call me ,sms me ,WhatsApp me if she felt that we being loud,her defences that she came and knocked but we were so loud that we didn’t acknowledge her but even after she cut off the power she did not come talk to me I had to approach her. I WhatsApp and called to asked her to switch the power supply back on she bluntly refused and told me that my guests had to leave ,I could not get ahold of the agency as it is after hours and I had to go down to the security office ask for assistance as I had no power and could not get ahold of Busi ,the security even advised me that she won’t listen to him as she constantly is stubborn ,I had to eventually go up to her room and repeatedly knock hard for her to come out and switch on my electricity.Firstly I stay alone so I feel that it is extremely unreasonable for families and friends to be prohibited from spending one night over ,Secondly it was after curfew so I would not allow my guest to travel far back home,Thirdly I have spoken to few of the other tenants to find out their point of view and was told that we were not disturbing anyone this is a common narrative that Busi has created usually to selective tenants.Above all I DO NOT appreciate and I am not comfortable with anyone cutting my power randomly without notice it is a huge risk and hazard,There is no where in my contract that advise of such procedures,by law only service providers are authorised to disconnect tenants power supply with good reason and advanced notice,by law not even landlords or agency’s are allowed to disconnect power needless to say a caretaker,Regulatory protocol states if there is a disturbance to the public last resort is to contact the polices but by no means it’s states for electricity to be disconnected so easily.Another thing I don’t appreciate is the manner in which Busi communicates to me ,we all matured adults,I am a reasonable person,there is absolutely no reason to be rude to me,I do understand that the role entails her to be stern but to act childish it is really not going to solve any problems,I moved in last year December and immediately other tenants warned me of her actions and last night was the first night I experienced it personally.At the end of the I am a resident at Springbok court and i take owner of calling it home ,but I won’t tolerate being victimised.Please do address the issue if the agency does not take matter up and address the issue I will most definitely file a dispute with the Rental Housing Tribunal.
