Unfair treatment

Indluplace Properties in Randburg (Progress House) have left tenants without water for over a week. Tenants can not bath, toilets can not flush, tenants don't have drinking. The "Care Cater" has done absolutely nothing to assist tenants since the 30th March, including the entire Easter holiday.
