Unaddressed Maintanance work inside the apartment

POOR SERVICE AT INDLUPLACE IndluPlace properties does not care about mantaining their apartments once you are Tenant .I reported Cupboards that needed to be fixed ,instead the response to our caretaker from the maintanance guys was that we break things as tenants ,I have never been late for my rent or broke any thing inside the apartment.what needs to happen to for these things to be fixed? How many emails must I send and How many social media platforms do I need to use to get through to them?
