I do not understand why tenants are not informed if they did not receive their rent. I made payment with the incorrect payment ref from the 24 of October I was not informed that they have not received my rent instead I got home and I am locked out...They can send the house rules but they are unable to tell the tenant that rent was not received. They are a ghetto stupid company I can not wait until my lease is over No.one eloff do not rent there ghaaa
