Thuli Thipe a very rude agent.

A horrable experience with Thuli Thipe. ******* agent if you ask me. Poor poor service. Very rude to the core. I've paid the full amount of moving in, only to find out the day of inspection that I can't be let in because I didn't sign a lease to which she never said anything about. She literally shouted and me and told me there's nothing she can do to help me. This women is rude with zero customer service. It's been 1 hour 30 min waiting at the gate with zero help. Unprofessional to the highest level.
