Sent to Debtors without explanation. Charged an amount yet I moved out a year ago

After canceling my contract in 2021 December in peace and good order. I got an SMS yesterday July 2022 that I have been sent to the debtors without letting me know in advance. I was informed to pay R178.00 without explaining where the amount is from. I tried reaching out via email, to get clarification but no one is willing to assist me. I reached out on their WhatsApp page "Indlu Place After hour" and they blue-ticked me. Emailed *** with no assistance. Emailed *** no assistance. I called Intel Bureau Midrand debtors no one assisted me. Tried calling I just need clarification on what the amount is for I moved on in 2021!!!!!!!!!!!!
