Rude service

Have been staying in the same residence for the past 3 years. We were managed by Zelri Properties and now Indlu Properties. When you do not pay rent on time they obviously block your ability to buy electricity. All fair. My problem is now after you pay and they are all rude on you. The credit controlre very rude and personal. I mean this is supposed to be business. One Simphiwe and Dinah lady. They tell you all sorts of things like, we will unblock when we feel like because you did not pay on time. And then when they supposed to unblock they will tell you, we work 08:00 am to 17:00pm and we won't as our spouse are waiting for us. They will dish all sorts of mean things you can think of. Most tenants are now complaining since Indlu took over.From the cleaning services to the I'll treatment by their stuff. Not sure if they are doing this because they intentionally want us out of the property or it is how the staff is. But wow.
