Residents denied Club house use

The management of highveld view estate are very unprofessional and lies to the client. The club house in this area is said to be off limits to the residents even at times when the president has lifted Covid19 as a pandemic. Restrictions are eased but they hide behind Covid-19 to stop people from using the club house. Apparently 50% capacity for this venue is only 4 people. Imagine, so it can only take 8 people? What is the point of making residents pay for a service they are denied? Why advertise such when you know it won't be made available to people? This I found to be disappointing, the country is open, and Covid19 is used to mask over somebody's NO. Stop making residents pay for something they will not be allowed to use. I loved staying here, until this experience.
