Poor service and dirty apartment

It’s so sad that I’ve been staying in one of their apartments in Progress house. They promised to do maintenance the first week I moved in it’s been 2months now the apartment is still not painted and very dirty. They were supposed to fumigate as well but still nothing. Now I’m staying in a dirty apartment full with ****roaches and yet I’m paying full rent.
