Poor service

If I could give 0 star rating it would, I tried to apply to rent a place and sent all the needed documents. It has been more than a month now that I had to follow-up twice and still no feedback from Elisabeth, one of the agents. It also took forever to get hold of her to view a place. After seeing all the other reviews, I am glad. Think I dodged a bullet. I thought CSI was useless but this is next level.
