Poor Rental Management

Indhlu Place/ACFCO, the rental management company for Albemarle Estate, has consistently ignored tenant complaints and refused to address concerns. Despite numerous requests, they have failed to attend meetings to discuss issues such as:

- Poor security - Theft - Blocked drains - Blocking elecrotcity meters for non payment of rent - Inconsistent rent charges amongst tenants Their lack of care and accountability has left us feeling under siege. We demand attention to these pressing matters and a commitment to improving their management practices.
