Poor people management

The service is poor, no one is available to help, emails, calls messages not answered

They cut my electricity in the complex without a warning. Or 643 outstsnding without a warning whatsoever, I Slept in hunger and cold weather without electricity

I paid and they still dont respond, The most pathetic service experience ever, rude employees, the building wearing and tearing off, drain forever blocked and the most expensive electricity ever, yet there is no service
