Poor ethics on human being based on Covid situation

Hi there, I recently saw a property that I liked and made contact with Agent Lesego Moripe via phone call whereby he explained that I can come view. I did not end up viewing and went straight to the application whereby I provided all documentation including my credit reports. Lesego took time to do my application and declined me immediately also due my retrenchment I am behind on payments yet there was no ethical value on a human being. There was also false advertising and I insisted on the advert I want. I will never consider anyone working with this agent or this property company itself. Poor company ethics, unprofessional agent and arrogant team.
