Poor Customer service from Patrick - Refund deposit

Patrick from the finance department is very unprofessional with poor customer service. He kept making empty promise since we moved out of the property we rented in January. We moved as arranged by 25th January 2022 till to date with no luck. We follow up daily with him and he keeps saying his manager is delaying to sign our refund deposit. 30days turn around time has been reached and still no refund was passed to us.

Can someone please intervene and refund what belongs to us before I take this matter to the next level.
