Move out if this company is managing your property.

If I could give no star I would, what an absolute ****hole company. Found out on the 20th that they’ve partnered up or transferring to AFHCO with a letter telling us rent is going up on the 1st of October (10 days before the increase), but they thought they were slick by dating the letter 1 Sept because that’s what the law requires, they’re dumb because emails are date stamped. I’ve decided to move out of an apartment I’ve been living in since 2017 because I’m sick of this company along with Impact meter services.
