****MERS telling people to pay lease fees for unavoidable units.

I was being assisted by Sibongile. Who actually failed to assist me. She first of all made me go view a unit that was actually taken and got back to me the next day after 12pm only to tell me that the unit has been paid before by someone who paid before me.....meanwhile all this time I was waiting for her to actually get back to me. When I spoke to her she was not willing to take any accountability for giving me incorrect information. She even mentioned that the units have tge same layout which is not true.
