It was all nice when we moved in, after we moved out we were asked to pay R3 209 for wall paint and a light bulb of which i have sent a dispute after speaking to one of their consultant Tsundzukani. He referred my dispute to his seniors and Cc me in the email and to date we never received any reaponse from who ever the person was. Last month i received an email that i was handed over to deal-flow revenue collection company, they asked me to pay the amount before the 30th of November 2024 which i decided to pay because i could see they were not willing to assist me. Whats ****ing me off is the fact that today i received two emails to pay R89 and the second email was saying i must pay R99. I asked them for what because i paid their money and no one is willing to assist me again. What level of service is this?
