Ironwood complex, indlu place

I am absolutely disgusted by the service at indlu place. I have been living at Ironwood in honeypark for more than six months paying my rent on time just be told by the rude and arrogant Sphiwe that I have only been there for 3 months and more over he doesn't even know my name as the client. I tried to make a payment arrangement with them for Dec but they refused and said I should move out. One of the debt collectors that goes by the name of Jabu is just as rude and *********** as Sphiwe and the entire credit control team which is apparently lead by Kedibone who is rude herself! I was not given any notice and was evicted with immediate effect. I then called all of them to explain how the eviction process works and as expected they were all clueless. Jabu is aggressive and threated me saying that if I wanna do this the hard way I can. If I could rate this company, I would give them minus 100 because they are absolutely revolting and no one should have to deal with such incompetence and arrogance especially in a building that is not maintained, has chipped cupboards, dirty carpets, leaking taps and ****roaches everywhere. People should take their money where it is deserved, indlu place sucks!
