Indluplace property
I have been staying at Upper Eastside apartments managed by Induplace. The first 6 months of staying here I had a very very loud who hosted parties the whole week and I mean the whole week 6-6 literally. I reported this multiple times to security and the building manager and for some reason, they never managed to sort the noise down until i started reporting to the office and requested to be moved to another unit which eventually happened just because security is not doing their job
In the other unit i started experiencing high water charges, like ridiculously high amounts of water.
I reported this last in September 2021. No solution was given, i reported again in January 2022 again nothing was done about until i report again in August 2022. They then decide to send a plumber which discovered there was an overflow inside the toilet system which only a plumber can detect not a tenant as there was no visible leaks.
I have paid to be exact R9,835.31 in 8 months which was average R1,300.00 a month for a two bedroom unit with 2 adults and 3 kids. The way the portfolio manager is dealing with the issue frustrates me as she does not want to acknowledge how the failure to fix caused me a lot of money for water alone let alone sewage.
My point is this is very bad service for people who pay their hard earned money to have a roof over their head but this property houses using the lease even when they are unfair and *********** at the cost of your finances and increasing stress and anxiety to afford rent
