I stayed with them for only 1 year 5 months staying alone in a bachelor pad. when I informed them I was moving out, I was not only told I would not get my deposit of R3600 but I in turn owe them R3200 for repairs of things I left in the same condition I found them in. I never broke anything and I only stayed there for a year and 5 months, if you do not want a property that will **** you, you will stay away from these guys.
