Indlu place properties incompetence

I lived in one of their properties, One Eloff building for close to two years and the whole experience was hell. The building manager is very rude and problems aren't resolved swiftly. You are taken from pillar to post every time you are trying to get an issue resolved. I do not know what is happening in that office because the level of incompetence is appalling. You pay rent on time, next thing you're charged for late payment, you send a grievance, they tell you they didn't get your POP in time, WHAT!! The last straw for me was when I made a mistake with the reference which resulted with my rent being allocated to the wrong unit, went to the building manager multiple times, she assured me and reassured me everything would be sorted only to find myself with no lights. They then sent a letter stating that my account was in arrears and I would be served, over a matter that could have been easily fixed had they been doing their work. There are water outages and you aren't even made aware of this, lights are switched off without warning, I honestly don't know what's happening in this building but these people clearly don't care about their tenants. I would think twice before signing a lease with IndluPlace properties shame it's a headache.
