This Agency is has no consideration for their citizens. Considering the current pandemic we are all facing, trying to recover. They refuse to give a rental property, if you fell behind with tour accounts during the pandemic time. In order to get a rental property with them, you need a Absolute spotless credit record. Yet they have posted a letter in 2020 stating they are there to help ans assist. Their real estate agents are the most horrible to deal with. They ignore your calls l, refuse to answer your whatsapps. I have tried to contact higher management, however there you also get ignored. They have majority of the units available in a specific area. I'm sure if there were other agents dealing with those units, they would have more Heart. Horrible service. Horrible Real Estate Agency.
