Incompetence

I've been staying at indluplace for a while, these people have the loveliest units ever buy have the most horrible processes in place. When I moved in I had to print, scan and email documents which is a very tedious exercise considering there's eForms and other digital alternatives. Then when moving in the building manager takes pictures of the floor instead of checking whether windows, taps, doors, sinks, lights etc are working only for him to check these when you move out and then have the audacity to tell you that a tap is broken but didn't check if it was working when I first moved in. That said, the staff is sooooooooooooo *********** and the processes in place are very backward. The visitation rules starting at 10 infuriate me, my visitor is coming to my unit that I pay for, if the person has document (ID or passport) I shouldn't be told when the person can come in, I'm not in hospital nor am I staying for free. Indluplace must upgrade their systems and take their staff for training and relook into these rules... I'm still a tenant, a very annoyed tenant at that. The units are lovely !
