I want my full deposit back

Indluplace/AFCO is the worse rental agency I’ve ever dealt with. With poor communication and customer service. I am still fighting for my deposit from them as they are telling me I need to pay for painting of a place that was painted 4months before I leave. Even the painting came after 3months of me complaining cause they didn’t do any maintenance on the property before I moved in. On the inspection when I evacuated the property it clearly stated that the walls and everything was clean and undamaged now I’m shocked when they told me I need to pay for paining that is not even required.
