Frustrated tenant

I've sent numerous emails to their hello@indluplace email address in regards to a number of this, firstly when I moved in into one of the units there was a problem with water not being available around 6am everyday, never got a response, in September 2022 I had an issue with my bedroom window breaking while I was at work and I contacted the caretaker which he responded he will sent contractor's over, but a week later still nothing, sent an email to which a lady by the name of Patronela rep**** and called back that they'd come on the weekend, didn't go anywhere the whole Saturday waiting for them but still nothing... fast forward to now uts been more than a month that I am still stuck with a broken window that I am not allowed to get fixed by an outside contractor, I've had two doctor visit for flu and still nothing, I am disappointed and trust me it is not nice staying up while it rains to make sure no rain gets in the bedroom every night
