Disputes

I they put me on TPN Credit for the month i was not even in the apartment, I give them notice as per contract agreement and I left during that month and inform their employee on site that I will be sending the driver to collect my furniture so she can organize a gate pass , the driver arrived on the 30th April and the onsite lady was not even in the premises I sent an sms and even called her and she ask me to remind her Monday the 3rd May which I did send an sms as evidence but she never responds , she responded on my sms on the 9th of June to resend the driver and I did , they billed me for May and June, while I was not even there , I informed Glenda that by month end of April I will be in Eastern Cape that why I will be sending the driver, I queried by sending all written evidence including the sms’es I sent to Onsite lady and they charge me still for that, my driver has the WhatsApp massages as well while he was at the security gate he was sending massages to me on the 30th of April, I just want them to clear my name on that TPN Credit , I emailed them all evidence of communication
