Delapitated Properties

*****ulent ****s. I recenlty moved out of the one of the Properties in Kempton Park (Judges). I had no exit checks, the building manager was awol the whole time. When I requested my deposit money i get sent a list of costs that I'm not responsible for - from light bulbs, door handles and window frames. A menace must have stayed in that unit to cause such damage to the property - not me. The door handles, frames jam and locks are rusted and in **** condition, barely working and when you leave you'd have to pay for their non working ****. The buildings are old and delapitated, So, they ***** you off your deposit to buy themselves new handles, doors and door frames glass showers and new toilet seats to maintain their ****py buildings and keep them running. Thats how they make money off the tenants. Watch your pockets
