Bad Service/ Poor Service

I am extremely angry with regards what Indluplace has done to my name and my credit profile. I have never occupied any unit with them but today i received an email from a collections company indicating that i have to pay a certain amount that im owing to their client (Indluplace property service) and to my surprise they declined my application for renting a flat and now they say im owing them money.

I contacted their contact center today and they indicated that there is no record of me owing them and the company that they hired to do their calling is busy calling me and this is harassment and i want to take action against them and i will go as far as taking the matter to the Ombudsman
