I could give them a Zero rating if possible. Had a month on month rental with them. Gave them a month's notice as agreed. On the last day did an inspection with the caretaker who confirmed that all was good. Requested last invoice and he said there was non since this was a month to month rental. After a month got an email confirmation that my inspection via email. Forward a year after i get calls from a company i think they are colliding with called CREDIT INTEL informing me that i have been handed over due to that i owed them 98 rands. To my surprise that amount had gone up to more than 500 bucks. Thanks to my lawyers who assisted me on this case
