Bad customer service

I have a bad experience with Indluplace. I live in Golden Oaks Complex and don't have electricity since last week. My kettle faulted and tripped circuit breakers, I disconnected it and reset the breakers but still no power. I measured the supply line and found that there's no power, meaning the breaker supplying my unit also tripped. I sent email and called but no action.
