Appalling

Truly a 0. Horrible place to live in. Horrible maintainable. Atrocious and petty building manager that never does his job.. uses company property to upkeep his own apartment but doesn't do building maintenance nor supervisiors workers correctly. Very egotistical and had Horrible standards for residents. He lies and purposely cuts off your lights if you hold him accountable for anything. The agents are just as bad. Making tenants sign that the properties are fine when they haven't seen it nor inspected it yet. I physically shocked from the stove that the building manager first refused to replace after like a week . The place is always infested with roaches because he doesn't send a fumigation team. He just buys forgers and deems it acceptable. Their managers do nothing once you escalate complains other then presh meeting up with him to drink on Fridays as opposed to sorting out residents issues or complaints. They all claim ignorance to avoid accountability. They also love lying and covering up for one another. Livelihoods are interrupted because of their ignorance. Incompetence and constant lies
