Absolute poor service

I sent the deposit for me to move in the house this morning. I sent them a proof of payment as the agent told me. Sithembiso (the agent) promised me that as soon as I send the proof of payment he will send me the lease agreement. When I follow up about it because I sent the proof of payment around 08:24 this morning. He promised to get back to me in the next 20 minutes. I waited no call when I call him he drops the call and switch off his phone I don'tknow what that means. Now I can not get hold of him and I need to move in today.

For me Indluplace just wants people's money and not deliver the service they promise customers. I don't know what to do now.
