3 weeks with no hot water in this cold front

In this cold weather, I am on my 3rd week without hot water. I am saddened by the treatment and the urgency the caretaker is treating this matter with. I was promised that the geyser will be fixed by end of day, but given the experience i have had this past 3 weeks I am not very hopeful. I never give them as hassles when it comes to paying the rent and this is the treatment I get. I will not recommend the place to anyone! Watch you lose a good paying tenant and stay with the ones you have to send arrears letters to every month, because that is exactly what you deserve for the services you provide.
