******** acts and abuse of power

I have a bad experience with Indlu property, Im staying at Quagga estate, how does having a late payment has anything to do with me paying rent late? My prepaid meter was blocked because I paid rent on the 06. There was no communication or a letter sent to me starting that my meter box will be block. I just come home today the 30th after paying on the 06 and I don't have electricity. I can't buy and I'm told my meter is blocked. This is abuse of power and soo much ********. Where do I report this kind of acts?
