Poor service delivered

I ordered a Reconditioned replacement engine for my BMW in December 2017

They delivered 7 months later, after a lot of fighting an incomplete repaired car

They promise that they only use RMI approved workshops. It is a lie. They keep on using a non RMI affiliated workshop, regardless of my complaints about the workshop.

They are working on a month to month basis. It takes them a month to react on a complaint.

They are totally not trust worthy and I don't recommend them to anybody
