Excellent Service at Indira Gandhi International Airport

It was a real pleasure landing at this airport. Within the airport signage was clear and easy to find the exit etc. No hassles at customs and in fact when my husband got ill, they made special arrangements to use a wheelchair which the porter willingly pushed to get to the customs. They don't even ask for tips but because of the good service, we felt like tipping the porter. No delays and no harassment by officials, just a quick processing and we were out. Their website is regularly updated as well. Unfortunately we can't say the same about the air quality outside the airport!!!
