Taking advantage of South Africa's int tourism

A international tourist from Sweden recently stayed by me in Rosebank. She found Indique Hair salon on the road nearby, so she requested a price to treat her micro extensions to which the lady quoted her R1900 as a one time special. She agreed to further color her hair at an additional cost of R550-00. <br> <br> After the job had been completed the lady requested an amount of R4900-00. My friend being from Sweden swallowed with horror and paid as she is too sweet to dispute even when being taken advantage of. I heard about this and confronted the American owner who mumbled utter nonsense trying to come up with reasoning for the insane over charge. The entire time there the owner could not rightfully justify the exorbitant amount. <br> <br> I then called local opposition hair company who quoted on doing the exact same job for R2500-00 Please note that the owner was listening to the entire conversation with the opposition hair company, and afterwards he looked to me bewildered and aggressively almost chasing us out of his shop saying nothing that justified where the other +R2000 went.
