WHISPER PERFUMED DEODORANT BY COTY
Hello. With the Whisper Perfumed Deodorant from COTY. As soon as you break the seal to spray with the pressure the little white thing where the spay comes out shoots out and then when you spray it leaks and spray all over the place. Then the spray doesn't last long. It happens with every one I buy for the past 6 months. It almost hit me in my eye. When you phone the Customer Care line you only get a voice box and they don't return your call. Their number +***8. Indigo cosmetics, Evans Avenue, Epping, Cape Town 7460

This issue was brought to our attention last year and as per protocol we immediately requested the defected samples to evaluate and have tested.
Indigo actioned the following after the issue was brought to our attention:
- We tested a large quantity of deodorant sprays, especially the 90ml female variants, under various temperature conditions.
- Dimensions and the technical attributes of the components were checked to ensure they were as per the agreed standards.
- Our manufacturer's mould was amended, which ensures that the specification matches the standard on the inserts.
- Our manufacturer has instituted an additional Quality Control check in their process which involves the actual spray of the components to ensure the insert doesn't 'pop' out.
I will be in contact with you directly to discuss and amicable solution to this issue.
