Nice 'n Easy (Clairol) Golden Auburn (8RW)

My hair is naturally blonde, so when I decided to buy the 8WR Golden Auburn, it did not take. My hair actually came out white at the bottom. I am very unhappy about this and I mean I always buy Nice & Easy and this is the first time it has been a disappointment. I would be more than happy to send before and after photos. But I would please either like a refund or a box of hair dye. I do not know if that product was faulty but I am leaving that upto your team for investigation.
