Liz from indigo brands goes the extra mile

A few months ago I left a complaint about a yardley foundation that I was unhappy with. To my suprise, I was contacted by a lady by the name of Liz, from Indigo Brands. She helped me immediately. I gave her the details she required and she offered to sent me a replacement product. To my humaness ( Upset & bitter ) I rejected her offer and asked for an alternative product,assuming that Liz cared about the brands name and not about the customer. I am pleased to say that I am wrong because within a few days a courier company delivered a package for me, it was a replacement product from Liz as promised. One that I am very happy using. Its Yardley translucent powder. Works perfect for oily skin.Thank you Liz
