CANNOT BOOK A FLIGHT INDIGO AIRLINES - NOT OPERATIONAL AND NO ONE CAN ASSIST

I have been trying to book a flight from Dehradun to Amritsar, India, for the past week. The website does not work, the app does not work and when I ask for assistance via email, no one can assist.

I cannot understand why it is so impossible to get a booking for a flight and why no one can assist. Do the airlines don't need our money.

If I do manage to get to the payment section, it does not accept my card details. How can a business be run this way!
