False advertising of product, refusal to refund

<p>Went to Indiglow Stellenbosch square, was marketed the Skiny Tan self tan product that is the absolute best, does not streak, does not go orange, does not smell..... Not the case. It did all of this. Wanted to return it after one application with the box, the till slip only to be told that because it was opened, it cannot be refunded. HOW AM I supposed to tell them the product is a complete waste if i havent tried it??? I will be lodging a dispute with the DTI with regards to the consumer protection act and false marketing. What a disgrace.</p>
