Taking customers for a ride.

I bought a pair of Adidas Codechaos 22 Golf shoes from Indie golf stores at Kloof Country Club, they didn't have a fitting sock and I was wearing flops on the day. upon taking the shoes home I realized they were too tight prior to using them I called the shop and said these shoes are really tight. I was told by Glen I can wear the shoes if they give me too much trouble they will see how they can help me, as per their advise i wore the shoes i had a serious blister that needed medical attention. i went back to the shop and i was now told I cannot be helped because I had worn the shoe i asked but prior to wearing them I called you and only wore it as per your advise. till today I have not been assisted in any way whatsoever, they said they will sell me another pair at cost price I have asked Glen more than 5 times he still is not responding to me with the cost price. this is very disappointing because its their own advise that has brought us to this position
