Unprofessional Shop Owner

I purchased an ankle bracelet from the shop owner. We engaged well and there were no issues upon me purchasing the item. When the x1 ankle bracelet broke I informed the store owner. We discussed and I said I would repair it out of my own cost. However, this is the 2nd time the same x1 one ankle bracelet broke to which I informed her, and this was within 6 months of purchase. It is up to the discretion of the store owner and to retain customer but this store owner in an unprofessional manner gave me the run around, we ended up arguing in her shop. She agreed to exchange however with conditions if the price is higher, but she still didn't confirm acceptance She did not want to understand my point and stipulated her business regulations. I do buy from retail etc as we all do, and I've never experienced this disgusting behaviour over R750 I have spent at Indicraftsa. This also coming from a store owner choosing customers from Socia media and freely giving her shop items away. In the end you may have won arguing & not choosing to resolve in a peaceful manner. I opted to leave both bracelets at the shop this is how upset I was because how she treated me as a customer. I do believe what goes around comes around. Will not get caught in this **** again although I genuinely supported her as a first-time business owner. It when the shop owner displays her own insecurities and can't display neutral integrity. I should have known better and trusted my first instinct.
